I’m an LSCSW and the owner of Case Valley Wellness, where I focus on creating a space that feels grounded, genuine, and human. I am currently completing my Doctorate in Social Work through the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk! My professional background includes work in child welfare, the prison system, and school settings, all of which shaped my belief that people thrive when they are met exactly where they are. If that means showing up with snacks or in your favorite pajamas, you are welcome as you are.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, and play therapy techniques. Above all, I value rapport and relational work. Connection is the foundation of meaningful change, and I strive to build that connection with every client while also maintaining my reputation for playing a very competitive game of UNO.
I accept BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Medicaid plans including Healthy Blue, Sunflower, and United, as well as self‑pay options. I also provide clinical support and involvement for court‑related services.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my son and traveling. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why accessible, authentic wellness matters.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2020, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and families in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with children ages 5–18 as well as adults, and I strive to create a space where people of all ages feel supported, understood, and empowered.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, using these evidence‑based approaches to help clients understand their thoughts, build healthier patterns, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. Connection is incredibly important to me, and I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with feeling safe, seen, and genuinely heard.
I provide in‑person services in Jefferson, Leavenworth, Wyandotte, and Johnson County, and I also offer telehealth services for clients who prefer or need remote support. To help accommodate busy schedules, I offer evening telehealth appointments as well.
I accept BCBS, Aetna, and Medicaid plans including Healthy Blue and Sunflower.
My approach is grounded, relational, and collaborative, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am an LPC‑T in the state of Kansas. I hold a master’s degree in education with a focus on School Counseling and Mental Health, a Building Leadership certificate, and a bachelor’s degree in music education.
With more than fifteen years of experience as a school counselor in both urban and rural Kansas communities, I have supported students through a wide range of challenges including career exploration, trauma, anxiety, and various addictions. I also work with adults, offering support in areas such as parental guidance, trauma recovery, relationships, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is primarily Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, and I value creating a supportive, open‑minded environment where clients feel safe to process their experiences. I believe everyone benefits from having someone to talk with, especially when navigating life’s more difficult moments.
I provide telehealth services tailored to the needs of 2nd and 3rd shift workers, with availability during early morning and late evening hours to ensure care is accessible and flexible.
I am currently self‑pay only, but I will be accepting insurance soon.
